These terms govern your use of rootari.com and any purchase made from ROOTARI, a brand of SARWABHOUMA ENTERPRISES PRIVATE LIMITED ("ROOTARI", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing this website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or place an order.
We make reasonable efforts to display product information, images, and pricing accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, pricing, or other content on this website are accurate, complete, or error-free. Nannari products are natural and made in small batches, so variation in appearance, taste, aroma, texture, or color between batches is normal and expected, and does not constitute a defect. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without notice, to limit order quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and modify, discontinue, or withdraw any product at any time.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise; GST is added at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; prices in effect at the time your order is placed will apply to that order. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery pincode and order weight. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card, UPI, or bank details, and we are not responsible for any failure, delay, or error caused by our payment processor or your bank.
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our sole discretion. An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully captured and we have accepted it. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including if a product becomes unavailable, if we suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity, if there is an error in pricing or product information, or if we are unable to deliver to your location; in such cases, our sole obligation is to refund any amount already paid for that order.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed; we are not liable for delays caused by our courier partners, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title for products purchased passes to you upon our handover of the order to the courier partner.
This website and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except as required by applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Nannari and our other products are sold as food/ wellness products for general use and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease; any statements about traditional or wellness benefits on this website are informational and not medical advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROOTARI's total liability for any and all claims arising from or relating to your order, this website, or these terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the amount you actually paid for the order giving rise to the claim. In no event will ROOTARI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in this clause limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability arising from a defective product under the Consumer Protection Act.
You agree to indemnify and hold ROOTARI, its officers, employees, and partner farmers harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of this website, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, government action, or courier/logistics failures.
We may update these terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of this website or placement of an order after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be excluded, you agree that any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision of these terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
