We currently ship across India to pincodes serviceable by our courier partner, Delhivery. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery pincode and the total weight of your order — we don't charge a flat rate. If a pincode isn't serviceable, you'll see a message at checkout before you pay. It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number; we are not liable for delays, misdelivery, or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information you provide.
Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days of dispatch, depending on your location. These timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer for remote areas, during high-demand periods, or due to circumstances outside our control (including courier delays, weather, natural disasters, strikes, or government action), and we are not liable for any loss arising from delivery taking longer than expected.
Orders are processed and handed to our courier partner within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. We reserve the right to change our courier partner, shipping rates, or this policy at any time without prior notice.
Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you the tracking details so you can follow your delivery. Once an order is handed to our courier partner, risk of loss passes to you, and any issues in transit are subject to the courier partner's own terms in addition to this policy.
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at rootari006@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Claims made after 48 hours, or without sufficient supporting evidence, may not be honored. See our Refund Policy for how approved claims are resolved.
